Paul is fascinated by people’s behaviours and their communication, by how people interact, especially in difficult circumstances.


For example, in the workplace, finding small ways to improve interactions, particularly when people are under duress, can have huge benefits to culture, performance and engagement.


Drawing on his experiences and skills as a leader and manager across a range of organisations, Paul works with several consultants and actors, organisational development and design professionals, and a range of organisations, to bring learning to life. 


Paul's work includes immersive simulations, telling organisational stories through performance (organisational theatre), assessment centres, practice exercises individually and in small groups, role playing (including medical role play), performance coaching, and educational and corporate films.


Paul researches, develops story and characters, and writes the scripts for a range of projects.
